Our customer, a large NZ government agency, manages identity and access across a large and constantly changing workforce. Prior to implementing automation, their identity lifecycle management relied heavily on manual processes across multiple systems. This created operational inefficiencies and increased risk, and key challenges included:

  • Limited visibility into identity lifecycle changes

The Solution

Working alongside Datacom, we partnered with the customer to implement automated identity lifecycle management using Activate’s Identity Lifecycle solution. The platform introduced policy-driven automation across the workforce lifecycle. Key capabilities included:

  • Policy-based access provisioning and updates

  • Improved audit visibility across identity changes

Identity lifecycle processes were mapped end-to-end and replaced with automated provisioning and governance controls.
